I can whole heatedly recommend the team at Nonpareil - their knowledge and expertise was invaluable, and their standard of work impressive.
They winter-proofed our home by replacing a 40 year old heating system which included new radiators and pipework throughout. They spent the time to talk us through all the options and recommendations for a suitable solution at every stage of the project so we were always confident with the final decisions. They also installed a soft water system and refitted our bathroom.
The team were a pleasure to deal with throughout and I can't thank them enough for their sterling work, they've made such a difference to our home!

A mysterious water stain appeared in ceiling of a downstairs room though no radiators directly above upstairs. I feared that ceilings would have to be removed along with the upstairs carpets and floorboards, I was very worried.
I called Juan who traced source and fixed the leak within two hours, which was amazing!
He used 'keyhole surgery techniques' to find leak, he then took up the upstairs carpets and floorboards and repaired the problem. He then restored the floorboards and carpet, so that now you can't see any difference.
Juan was punctual and arrived within 30 minutes of agreed time. I was alerted of slight delay that was much appreciated. Brilliant! Usually I wait for hours past agreed times without being told of delay.

I recently had a problem with my boiler so I called Nonpareil. I left a message because it was 8.30am when I called and within a30 minutes Steph contacted me to arranged a time for Juan to come round.

Juan arrived on time and immediately got to work to find out what the problem was. Within 3 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. and told me I needed a new part. For speed I went and picked the part up which he arranged and then returned a couple of hours later, fitted the part and left me with a fully working boiler.

I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and with the professional service I received and would recommend Nonpareil to anyone.

They also have a showroom in Wheathampstead which I have recently been to and I must say it looks fantastic.

If I am ever in need of a new bathroom or kitchen that will be the place I go.
