I was recommended Matthew by our estate agent for a full building survey. He was very prompt at replying and managed to fit us in with a survey the next week when all other companies I spoke to mentioned a 3 - 4 week wait. He kept us updated prior to the survey once the date / time had been confirmed and once the survey was completed.

The report was provided by the end of the next working day, was c. 35 pages and went into great detail. Once we had read over the report, we had a follow-up call with Matthew who talked through any points to note, and he also answered all our questions (no matter how silly they were!). Overall a great experience and I couldn't recommend him more.
