Simon has recently done a fantastic bathroom for me which is beautiful as soon as you walk in.
Simon put in a new suite retiled all the bathroom as well as doing the floor and putting in an amazing power shower. Friends alway comment on the tiling and what a fantastic job he has done, I have since recommended Plumbsmith to a number of friends who are now indeed using their services, very happy customer :)

They offered a brilliant service from start to finish. They were very professional and took care of every detail, making sure we were happy and suggesting great ideas. We are left with a beautiful new bathroom with an excellent finish.

Hello Simon,
The thought of the total disruption of having the bathroom and cloakroom totally refurbished was quite daunting. Then a friend recommended Simon Smith of Plumbsmith as being someone who was reliable, trustworthy and would carry out the workmanship immaculately. Therefore, this was taken for granted.
Simon helped me with the bathroom and cloakroom design and choice of furniture and then gave me specific start and finish dates. I was then able to go away for for a holiday for the whole of the 3 weeks that the job took.
Without prompting, he phoned me to give me updates and discuss any unforeseen issues which inevitably arise. I came back home on the last day to see an immaculate bathroom and cloakroom and also an immaculately clean house.
This was certainly the ‘no hassle’ way to do it.

Around a year ago, we decided to change our bathroom. It was showing its age and we had thoughts of style and better use of the space that we wanted to explore. Over the following months we spoke to a number of people from plumbers to bathroom designers who either promised the earth then couldn't deliver or wanted to do the job in a way that suited them not us.
Simon and Roger at Plumbsmith were the exception. Simon gave us good advice on our ideas and provided a prompt service on cost and options. At every stage he looked to stay competitive and improve the price on items we'd found through sourcing them through his suppliers.
We were given a date for the job to be done and it began promptly that day. The work ultimately consisted of ripping apart the previous fittings down to the shell, tiling both floor and walls changing the boxing in of pipework to maximise space, installing new bath and shower and re-installing previous WC and sink without damaging them during temporary removal.
We are delighted with the results.
Just as important though is that Simon and Roger excelled in 2 other areas. Firstly they were completely respectful of our home and neighbours to the extent that my immediate neighbour commented on not only how hard they'd worked but also that they'd been courteous and considerate ensuring he had no access or noise problems.
Secondly, there was a regular dialogue and communication on the work. No assumptions were made without discussion and we were always made aware of any potential issues and they were resolved without fuss or drama.
We will always choose Plumbsmith as our first choice for any future jobs big or small because there is no substitute for working with good tradesmen that you can trust and who deliver what they say they will.

Plumbsmith recently fitted a new bathroom for us.
Simon was helpful in the planning stages, and very patient. When work was started he and Roger turned up on time and worked solidly each day, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the day.
They kept us informed as to how work was progressing, and were friendly and pleasant to have in the house. The job was finished on time with no upsets or dramas, and all carried out in a very professional way.
Simon and Roger are honest and trustworthy, and have a high standard of workmanship. We are completely delighted with our new bathroom, which has exceeded our expectations.
We would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Sorry IT HAS TAKEN SO LONG, but Ken and I would like to THANK YOU VERY MUCH for ALL the hard work that you put into OUR HOUSE UPDATE a lot less painless.
Bathroom & Cloakroom upstairs, and the downstairs Cloakroom are Fabulous.
The Porch/Lobby definitely "makes a statement" and gives the WOW factor - many friends have commented highly on the workmanship.
The kitchen - even though it was a bit of a nightmare (to me) - we are extremely pleased with the result.
We would have NO DOUBTS at all to recommend Yor Services to anyone.
MANY, MANY THANKS for being so tidy as well, and your workmanship is of A VERY HIGH STANDARD.

I have used Plumbsmith twice, once to change my bathroom taps and on the second occasion to change my hot water cylinder.
Each time I was very pleased with the way in which they carry out the work on time, with the minimum of disruption taking care to cover everywhere they work and totally clean up before they leave.
I am very elderly and Simon and Roger have been most considerate and I know I can rely on them to do an excellent job, I have total peace of mind recommending them not just for their high standard of work, at a very good price, but their loyalty and trustworthiness which means alot to an elderly person living alone.

Albany Court Management Ltd., contracted Plumbsmith to carry out work on the 21 flats at Albany Court. Simon and Roger carried out the work over approximately one month. We were very pleased with their high standard of work, which was done with the minimum of disruption to the residents to whom they were considerate at all times. They always left the premises clear and clean each day and the work was completed on schedule. They were totally reliable arriving exactly when they said they would, and consistent in their standard of workmanship. We would have no reservations about recommending their services to anyone, and we would certainly use them again.

A year ago, I decided to update my bathroom, a challenge as it is very small, and called in Simon and Roger. Simon and Roger Smith have just finished our ensuite bathroom, and have done an exceptional job.
This is the second time we have used them and both times they did an excellent job for us.
They are always on-time, professional and are dedicated to getting the job done on time with the highest of standards.
We have a todler at home most days and they are always considerate around nap times which makes having work done in the house more managable.

We recently contracted Simon and Roger Smith from Plumbsmith to gut our two old en-suite showers and to completely rebuild both en-suites.
Their work was absolutely first class. At all times they were totally reliable, efficient, clean, professional in their work and completed all the work within the budget they had specified in their original quote. At no time were there any ‘uncomfortable’ surprises.
After the work had been completed there were two issues to be sorted out, that were not their fault. They came back at the weekend within a day of us calling them and fixed the problem, which actually turned out to be a manufacturer fault.
Simon and Roger were also a pleasure to have in the house. At all times they were very polite, respectful of our privacy, friendly and always came to us to discuss anything that was slightly different from the original plan and most importantly always kept us up to date on the progress of their work.
I travel throughout Europe on a regular basis with my job and stay in 4+ star hotels. I must honestly say that the en-suites that Simon and Roger built for us are much nicer and of a much higher standard than any of the bathrooms/en-suites in the hotels where I stay on my travels.
I would highly recommend Simon and Roger for any plumbing,shower / bathroom / kitchen refurbishment work and will definitely call on their services again, should we decide to have further work done in our house.
Furthermore I will have no hesitation to recommend Simon and Roger to my own clients, amongst whom are some of the most high profile figures in the international football world.
Simon and Roger offer a top class professional service with a smile. One further point I would like to add is that our daughter was 11 years old at the time and always felt very comfortable and happy when Simon and Roger were working in our house.
